This was just an optimal selection for a little getaway in Reeth with good value for price. The hosts were friendly but in-obtrusive, and we enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee brought to our room. It's worth checking in a bit earlier than 4pm if you're eager to settle in.

charming hideaway with great views
We stayed 1 night and it was such a lovely surprise! The room was super cozy and stylish. The stunning views from the corner windows were just wow! Breakfast was delish, made with local produce, and they even brought us complimentary tea. Only bummer was the late check-in time at 4 PM. Still, totally recommend!

The king room had charming decorations and thoughtful touches like tea and coffee ready for use. I appreciated the flexibility in breakfast options that catered to different tastes. The stunning mountain view added to the overall experience and made my stay special.
The king room was inviting, but I felt it could benefit from a bit more space.

Had an amazing stay with friends! We hiked the stunning trails nearby and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the local tea room. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts were super friendly. Just a heads-up, check-in is from 4 pm, which feels a bit late.

We had a fun group getaway, loved exploring nearby walking trails and the stunning scenery. The breakfast was spot on, everything fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the tea room's homemade treats too. Just be mindful, there's limited space to dry wet gear since it's a small place.
The small size of the B&B meant we struggled to dry our hiking gear after a rainy day.

Exceptional Hospitality and Delicious Breakfasts
Our stay was a delightful experience! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a highlight, with locally sourced ingredients and options that catered to various tastes. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and hearty full English. Only downside was that we wished for a small fridge in the room for our snacks.

Oh, the breakfasts at Ivy Cottage are a true delight! Donna’s poached eggs stole the show, and the English muffins were downright epic. The location's a real gem too, right in the heart of the square with local pubs just a stone's throw away. We loved the packed lunch options for our walking adventures!
The only hiccup was the shower in our room. It had a mind of its own, switching from scalding to freezing! Despite that, everything else shined so bright, I’d happily return but maybe check out a different room next time.
